  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground unless an expedited shipping method is requested. Shipments do not require customer signature upon delivery. Shipping and handling is included in the price of the item for shipping to U.S. addresses. Orders shipped outside the Continental US will be charged actual cost to ship plus $25 handling fee. Customer will also pay duties and taxes at time of delivery. If not paid at time of delivery, AAA Advertising Specialties will charge to the credit card or PayPal account used at time of order. Lost or Damaged Packages: Lost packages - Please contact us within 30 days of tracking delivery date to file claim with UPS. Orders will be replaced upon shipper's approval of claim and receipt of shipper's reimbursement. Damaged packages - Please contact us within 15 days of tracking delivery date to file claim with the shipper. Orders will be replaced upon shipper's approval of claim and receipt of shipper's reimbursement.


  • Return Policy
  • We will gladly offer a refund or replace an item at no additional charge if any item is found to be defective or if we have made an error with an order. If an item is returned because it does not fit correctly or for any reason beyond our control, there will be a $5 restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges. All returns must include the original packing slip and any information pertaining to the return. We cannot exchange or give refunds on personalized items or on items that have been worn or laundered. If your order was charged to a credit card, your refund will be made to your PayPal account. There is a 60 day return policy on all merchandise.
